US manufacturer of performance enhancing coatings Michelman has acquired the Wagers Corp for an undisclosed amount. The deal includes Wagers' colour coating products, inks, intellectual property, and sales. It bolsters Michelman's portfolio of water based barrier, functional, and white coatings.
