MAN Roland has become exclusive worldwide distributor of Maxson's in-line sheeters for wide format sheet-fed presses. Purpose built Maxson sheeters are now available for every Roland 900, from the 32in x 44in format through to the 51in x 73in 900 XXL configuration.
Under the long-term agreement, MAN Roland will be responsible for the installation and servicing of the Maxson sheeters purchased by Roland 900 users. Mirroring the dimensions of the 900 line, the sheeters will be available from MAN Roland in roll widths from 44-73in, and roll diameters up to 72in. Both long grain and short grain machines will be offered.
The sheeters can be retrofitted to any existing Roland 900 system, regardless of its age. They can handle a variety of substrates and stock thicknesses, from lightweight web press stock to heavy board.
MAN Roland will join Maxson in its exhibit at the CMM show in Chicago on April 18-21(booth 1655).
