Masterpack moves to Mugler-Druck

Alfred Wall has sold its wholly owned subsidiary Masterpack Crimmitschau to Mugler-Druck for an undisclosd amount. Masterpack specializes in the production of folding cartons for food and general packaging markets. The company employs approximately 85 people.

Mugler-Druck, in Hohenstein Ernstthal, Germany is a family owned company with sales of €12M. It employs about 100 people and is a specialist packaging company, providing services to the food and other fmcg industries.

The sale will enable Alfred Wall to focus on its core business of providing packaging for the tobacco, consumer products, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and confectionery markets. The company has facilities in Austria, Germany, Poland, Russia and the Czech Republic.
