Manroland Sheetfed merger finalised

German offset press builder Manroland Sheetfed, which was acquired by British industrialist Tony Langley in February 2012, has completed legal formalities to become a wholly owned subsidiary of his Langley Holdings engineering group.

Following re-structuring in 2012, the company is said to be trading at break-even this year.
