Management re-shuffle at Heidelberg

Following RWE's sale of its share in Heidelberg (see May issue), a number of changes have been made to the top management of the German press and converting machinery manufacturer.

Dr Mark Wössner has succeeded Dr Klaus Sturany as chairman of the supervisory board. Klaus Sturany, who is also chief financial officer of RWE, will remain a member of Heidelberg's supervisory board. RWE board member Jan Zilius has also resigned from Heidelberg.

Dr Jürgen Rautert is now a regular member of Heidelberg's management board, with responsibility for engineering and manufacturing. Dr Klaus Spiegel has left the company, but will now advise Heidelberg on future market requirements.

The new management consists of: Bernhard Schreier - ceo, Dr Herbert Meyer - cfo, and Dr Jürgen Rautert - engineering and manufacturing.
