The Loparex Group is to sell its Lohja, Finland, and Glossop, UK, plants, as well as the printing and slitting terminals in Poland and Thailand, to Mondi Coating. The sale – for an undisclosed sum, is expected to close after the necessary approvals have been obtained from competition authorities, on July 1, 2008.
