Manchester, UK, based Fast Pak Packaging has bought a Redline diecutter as part of a major investment programme in new machinery. The Redline, supplied by Diecut UK, features a retractable top feeding system and a 500 tonne diecutting press. A triple action stripping section and grip edge removal give the capability of delivering 100% stripped product.
In addition to handling all grades of corrugated, "warped or not", the diecutter's top feeding system can cope with solid board, plastics corrugated,and rigid PVC - even self-adhesive vinyl - "at the touch of a button". The machine is capable of cutting sheet size as large as 1,900 x 1,300mm at up to 3,000 sheets/hour.
The Redline comes in six standard sizes from 1,500-2,500mm wide, with various features and options ranging from high pile to heated beds.
