Germany online label printer Labelprint24 has commissioned the first Screen Truepress Jet L350UV digital label press to be installed in the country.
The 4-colour + white inkjet web Jet L350UV, supplied by Dantex, has doubled the production capacity at Labelprint24's 100% digital facility in Großenhain. "In addition, it delivers everything today's label buyers expect from a leading manufacturer -- personalisation, fast turnaround, first class quality and, combined with our intelligent systems, affordability," says managing director Stefan Harder.
He continues: "Because the press is incredibly flexible, it can handle short, medium and long runs and can print on a range of substrates including transparent film and metallic foil. Its print speed makes it one of the fastest label printing machines in the sector, without any compromise on quality -- text is pin-sharp, and images totally photorealistic. It's easy to look after, too -- the automatic printhead cleaning function cuts maintenance to no more than 15 minutes a day."
The 322mm print width single-pass Screen Truepress Jet L350UV press is designed to print at speeds up to 16.1m²/min.
