Klöckner Pentaplast is investing €27.4 million to boost its global production capacity for transverse-direction oriented shrink-label films. The new capacity will be located at the company's Rayong, Thailand, and Rural Retreat, USA, manufacturing facilities. There will also be additional PVC capacity at Rayong.
