KBA North America, currently based in Williston, Vermont, is to move its corporate headquarters to Dallas, Texas, in the summer of 2009. The relocation will concentrate the KBA sheet-fed and web divisions under one roof along with the sales, service and parts departments, as well as the corporate demonstration centre. The company will continue to maintain offices in Florida and Minnesota, as well as its Canadadian offices in Toronto and Montreal. Montreal based customers will continue to be serviced by KBA and its partner KBR Graphiques Ltée.
