Kaizen saves cash at Ditone

Ditone Labels has implemented the Kaizen theory of manufacturing at its Cambridgeshire factory resulting in huge savings.

Kaizen is a method of identifying ways in which efficiency can be improved and waste eliminated in order to save money. It has has worked so well for Ditone, a spokesperson says, that the company has made significant savings manufacturing and purchasing.

Operations director Raymond Young says: “Using the Kaizen principles within all our operations has been a great way for us to monitor and improve processes whilst developing a teamwork ethos and empowering individuals within the organisation.”
