Körber has sold its three paper converting machinery companies - ECH Will, Pemco and Kugler-Womako - to a German-based group of investors. The three companies, which work closely together as a group, have have about 450 employees and production facilities in Hamburg and Nürtingen, Germany, and in the US at Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
