UK equipment supplier Jarshire is celebrating 30 years in business. Myra and Peter Jobson formed the company in 1979. Peter retired in 2006 but Myra is still involved in the administration. Now in its second generation of tenure, the company works in two distinct market areas – Converting and Paper Mills, headed by David Jobson, and Environment and Recycling, under Nick Jobson.
Jarshire’s portfolio includes infra red drying; web tensioning and control systems; shafts, brakes and clutches; reel handling and loading systems; doctor blades; knifeholders; bowed and spreader rollers; antistatic management; slitting trimming and waste removal systems; stack wrapping equipment; and balers.
