Jagenberg is transferring its sheet cutter product division to Bielomatik Leuze. The deal provides for full take-over of Jagenberg Querschneider, in Neuss, including its US subsidiary in Enfield, Connecticut and all 133 employees. The company will remain in Neuss, operating as Bielomatik Jagenberg.
