Ipex Digital CEE, which was to have been launched in November, has been postponed until after drupa 2008.
The show, which was to have been held in Warsaw, has been rescheduled for October 2008 at the same venue at dates yet to be announced, say organizers IIR Exhibitions.
Exhibition director Trevor Crawford says: “We are still absolutely committed to this event. Ipex Digital CEE has created an extremely positive response from the majority of digital manufacturers and suppliers, visitor groups, associations and the media across the whole of Central and Eastern Europe. There is a definite desire for a dedicated digital event within this region."
He adds that exhibitors would be able to showcase specific products to Central and Eastern Europeans displayed during drupa 2008 and give vendors more time to close equipment sales by the end of the calendar year.
