A 1,600mm Titan SR5 slitter rewinder has been installed at InteliCoat's North Wales production facility, to increase capacity and service the growing trade from the optical and medical businesses. Installed in response to the increased demand for slitting medical products such as polyurethanes and foams, the new machine can perform crush cutting along with more traditional wrap shear processes.
