Infiana: Debut at ICE Europe
From 10 to 12 March, the Infiana Group - formerly Huhtamaki Films - will for the first
time exhibit at the International Converting Exhibition Europe (ICE), the specialized
fair for paper, film and foil converting, under it's new company name. The global
player in the films sector is one of approximately 400 exhibitors from 21 countries.
The ninth edition of ICE Europe will again take place in Munich, Germany, always
regarded as one of the most important meetings of the converting industry.
"The ICE will mark the first time we present our intelligent film solutions as Infiana.
We are looking forward to exciting conversations with customers, visitors and maybe
even with future employees", says Dr. Sven Bernhard, Vice President Sales EMEA. At
the ICE (Hall A5, Booth 962), an international team of 14 Infiana employees from
different departments will present the product portfolio of the Forchheim-based
specialty film manufacturer that produces high-quality films tailored to customer
needs. Product innovations such as Straight+ will be among others on display. This
film type, which is tearable in both directions, functions like paper, but with all the
added good, reliable and robust qualities of Infiana films.
Last year, the ICE organization counted 6,600 visitors from 64 countries, 40 percent of
them coming from abroad. "For converting experts like us, being part of this
specialized trade fair is a great chance to make contacts, find out about the industry
news, and present the company to the expert audience", says Bernhard.
