Improved curing energy efficiency

Integration Technology (ITL) claims that the new N class array for its UV LEDZero Solidcure system ‘brings more energy efficiency than any other solution on the market’.

The LEDZero Solidcure N has an array width of just 16mm and can be supplied as a single continuous array from 10-2,800mm. Advanced engineering and clever use of materials science are said to deliver a much higher energy dose than other arrays more than twice as large.

Standard wavelength is 395nm, with others available to special order. Output intensity starts at 4W/cm² with alternative models offering 5, 8 and 10W/cm², all utilising a 100-250V 50/60Hz power supply.

The unit also features patented field-replaceable LED modules which plug into the clear plastics housing to make it ‘truly serviceable’.
