IIR Exhibitions, organizer of Ipex and owner of Digital Print World, has acquired the Flexo and Northprint UK based shows from Reed Exhibitions.
David Wood, managing director of IIR, comments: "Northprint and Flexo are long standing, well regarded exhibitions and we are confident that our market knowledge, experience, exten- sive international data- bases and existing relation- ships within the print industry can add to the success and development of these events".
Both shows are biennial events. Flexo 2005 will be held at the NEC, Birmingham from March 15-17 and Northprint 2005 will be held at the Harrogate Exhibition Centre from April 19-21.
EFTA managing director Lesley Hide told Converting Today: "We look forward to working with IIR to grow the Flexo show."
