ICE forecast for Coventry

31 May 2005

The first ICE UK converting exhibition and technical conference will be held in the 6,000m2 Coventry Arena, on June 13 and 14, 2006.

A simple floorplan layout will offer exhibitors a maximum of four units of 9m2 shell scheme stand space (3x3m, 6x3m, 9x3m or 6x6m). The organizer says this has two key advantages: set-up and breakdown will be carried out quickly and better value packages can be offered to exhibitors.

ICE UK will be a broad, paper, film and foil converting exhibition, including both flexo and rotogravure printing and ancillary supplies, as well as tissue, non wovens, technical textiles, self adhesive material, envelopes and composites. Corrugated converting is excluded.

This is the first of a series of national converting events to be staged in even years. Others are planned for Spain, Turkey and Poland, from 2008 onwards. ICE – the International Converting Exhibition - will continue to run in odd years in Munich. The next is this November 22-24.
