By acquiring PrintConcept and Eltosch, the Hönle group has become the world’s second largest UV technology system supplier. The equipment engineering will continue to be carried out by each company according to its field of activity, while basic development will be concentrated in the Dr Hönle operation.
“Our three enterprises complement each other almost perfectly,” says Manfred Coordes, sales director of Eltosch. “The complete Hönle product range is now available to us. If we need an electronic power supply for one of our Eltosch dryers, for example, I can immediately use a Hönle unit. This represents a first class but at the same time low cost solution for us and for our customers.“
Jürgen Welle, managing director of PrintConcept, emphasizes: “Through the take-over by Hönle, we have won a really reliable service and sales network – in Germany and around the world. Thanks to this alone, we can serve our customers better than ever before.”
In recent months, the Hönle group has grown enormously. The number of staff has more than doubled to about 300 and turnover will increase from €26M last year to €65M in the current financial year.
