Delta Industrial, US manufacturer of speciality web converting, packaging and finishing equipment, has introduced a high capacity (18-24 inch) converting system. The Delta Crusader was designed to provide a full modular platform for manufacturing and finishing of wider webs and larger products. Its expanded web width is also suited to inline or offline converting and finishing of digitally printed webs.
As with all Delta equipment, a variety of process modules may be incorporated into the system, such as full and semi-rotary diecutting, over and under-laminating, coating, precise product placement, slitting, sheeting and pouching.
Delta custom designs each system, and its capabilities include the automation and integration of full manufacturing and packaging lines. “Effortless control” of all processes is provided by the company’s HMI (Human Machine Interface) software.
