GRE changes hands

Swiss based specialist in converting equipment for digitally printed substrates GRE Engineering Products has been sold to Roger Wey, formerly of semiconductor company Datacon, for an undisclosed sum. He is now ceo of GRE, while former owner Rolf Reichle and his son Mario, who is based in Romania, will continue working with the company on a consultancy basis.

Roger Wey comments: “Exciting plans are already in the pipeline. We are currently in the process of establishing a major presence in the Asian market and we will also launch GRE Hungary, a dedicated operation aimed at the rapidly growing Eastern European printing industry and all the EU markets”.
