Graymills/Fasnacht viscosity controls offer better quality

30 January 2008

Improved print quality and material savings are claimed for the Graymills/Fasnacht Flatline automated viscosity control system.

The Flatline uses a sampling process that measures ink viscosity on the way to the print deck- unlike in-tank viscosity units that measure ink away from the deck. It can be calibrated for Zahn, Shell or DIN cup measurement.

The system is self cleaning during operation, is said to be easy to set up and operate, and can be controlled from a control panel or through the WinFKR software system.
