A gravure Open House will take place at Rotomec's production facility in San Giorgio Monferrato, Italy, on June 22-24, 2005. Visitors will be able to view in close detail numerous gravure presses for flexible materials currently on the production floor, including the RS 3003 and short run RS 4004 models, both equipped with the company's electrical shaft technology.
Centrepiece of the event will be printing demonstrations on the RS 4004 press installed in Rotomec's Technology Centre. This is has the High-Dynamic-Interface Registration feature, which will be world premiered. A complete job change-over will be performed "in an astonishingly short time", it is claimed.
Rotomec sales and technical staff will be available during the open house to discuss all aspects of gravure printing for food or non food flexible materials.
