French stretchable film producer Global Plastics International has been purchased by a group of investors including the Normetex/Norfilm Group for an undisclosed sum. Jacques Vulliez is now president of the compagny, and Michel Comina is confirmed as managing director. Simultaneously, Global Plastics has acquired Dutch distributor of fresh food packaging materials Bordex from US company AEP. Bordex had sales turnover of €16M last year. Global Plastics International has a sales turnover of about €30M/year, and a workforce of 125.
