Rotary tooling specialist Gerhardt has relaunched and extended its 7* (Star) range. A new long life coating has enabled a flexible die to be presented for the first time. The solid rotary die version has also been ‘thoroughly overhauled’.
Their extended lifetime of 3 – 10 times is said to guarantee long and trouble free production runs in even highly abrasive materials. The hallmark of the 7* line is their outstanding lifetime in difficult materials.
