Gallus develops Screeny S line

31 May 2007

The new S line screen printing unit developed by Gallus provides greater stability for longer-run jobs to be printed with reduced risk of faults, the Swiss manufacturer says.

The Screeny KSS and Screeny USS models feature new developments in electroplating and base material giving high stability of screens.

A spokesperson says: “This is a significant benefit in markets where order volumes are high, for example beverages and toiletries. The exceptional strength of the material also enables higher print speed and easier screen re-use for new jobs.”

The Screeny KSS enables combinations of fine lines and solid areas, while the Screeny USS, with its ultra high stability, is suitable for printing large type and designs with large solid areas, and for varnishing, Gallus says.
