Specialist food packaging safety training provider Saferpak has released an interactive computer based training programme on 'The Fundamentals of Food Packaging Hygiene'. It is offered as "a hassle-free and cost effective" alternative to consultant led, classroom based training and is said to satisfy the employee hygiene training requirements contained in technical standards such as The BRC/IOP Packaging Standard.
