The company’s range for the packaging industry includes strip punches and serrated punches said to guarantee high quality results with absolute precision, as well as an extremely long service life.
In addition to the incorporation into packaging lines, the tools can easily be integrated into the suspension and the knuckle-joint drives of standard squeeze punches. The steel beam elements and the cutting units are made of high strength steel or, if the customer requires it, of powder metallurgical steels to guarantee stainless properties.
“Pinpoint precision” in the micron range promises accurate, clean cut edges and seamless radius transitions, avoiding undesired side effects such as squeezed edges or streamers of synthetic granule. The sloping punching edge allows processing most rigid and flexible foils used in tfood packaging.
