To increase the durability of rotec adapters for flexo printing, Flint Group Flexographic Products division has added a new modification to the range. The rotec Unifit adapters, H/C Unifit adapters and Atlas Unifit adapters are now available with an optional Interlock-Ring on the reverse side. For these specific adapters the standard metal interlock-plate can be substituted by a new stainless steel interlock-ring said to offer maximum protection to the edges of the fibreglass base construction. The stability of the notch and the potential life span of the adapter have also been improved, says the company.
