Entries are now being invited for the 2007 FlexoTech International Print & Innovations Awards. Entries of up to a maximum of five are free, with a charge of £25 for each additional entry, and there are 10 categories in the printing section to choose from. These include: Label and Tag (process); Label and Tag (line); Folding Carton; Sacks and Corrugated Preprint Liner; Flexible Packaging web width 50cm and above; Flexible Packaging web width 50cm and below; Corrugated Postprint; Laminated Substrates; UV Flexo, paper and board; and Combination printing, using flexo and two or more other processes.
There are also three innovation categories for suppliers - in Prepress, Printing Press/Finishing, and Environmental Innovation.
All entries must have been printed or launched in the 12 months prior to the closing date of July 16, 2007. The entry form can be downloaded from the FlexoTech website.
All nominations will be notified prior to the Awards Dinner and Presentation on October 17, 2007, at London’s Hilton Metropole Hotel.
