First Digicon-Lite in UK goes to Marsh Labels

1 December 2009

AB Graphic International has sold its first Digicon-Lite label converter in the UK to Marsh Labels to convert digitally printed webs.

The short run label printer specialising in self-adhesives will use the Digicon-Lite, alongside an HP Indigo digital printer.

The system includes 500mm (20in) unwind with automatic tension control, electronic web guide, full rotary flexographic coating station, UV curing, semi-rotary die cutting station, waste matrix removal and slitting. It can be supplied with a number of options, depending on the requirement.

Marsh Labels offers flexo, hot-foil, litho and digitally printed labels that can be supplied in roll, sheet or tractor fed formats. This is in addition to barcoding, label designs and more specialised security labelling.

AB Graphic International has operations in the UK, The Netherlands, Spain, Germany and the USA.
