FINAT looking forward

30 May 2008

Members of FINAT, the self-adhesive global trade association, are to spend two days looking at what the future holds for the industry during its Rendezvous with the Future 50th anniversary Congress in Paris, on June 18-20.

While the industry has consistently outpaced general international growth trends, it recognises that there are huge economic developments happening around the world and has gathered expert ‘futurologists’ with sound knowledge of labels to forecast what is likely to happen in the sector.

FINAT president Jan Frederik Vink says: “While we have a lot to celebrate during our Golden Jubilee year, we do recognise that huge challenges lie ahead and the more we can learn from people who have made close studies of our prospects, the better will our members be able to cope.”
