Euromac celebrates 40 years

Euromac, the Italian manufacturer of slitting and rewinding equipment for flexible packaging applications, is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year.

Started by Mario and Adelio Miglietta in 1968, Euromac has already sold over 1,400 machines sold worldwide. The company’s first factory with a total area of 3,000m2 was established in Villanova Monferrato. Today, it has a total factory space of 20,000m2 and produces 40-50 machines per year in its two productions sites, which are equipped with the latest CNC machining tools.

The company manufactures narrow web slitter rewinders, doctor rewinders, primary film slitters for BOPP, CPP, BOPA and PET applications. One of the slitter rewinders, the TB3-06T2, is a double turret model specifically suitable for rewinding plastics films and laminates, flexo or gravure printed for high output of finished rolls. It offers advantages such as low downtime of approximately 45s between the job changes.
