After growing into its third label manufacturing facility, Florida-based Southeastern Printing has selected EFI Radius as its new ERP software for its roll-fed label business. The US company has been using EFI’s Monarch MIS for its commercial printing business since 2000 and is looking forward to the integration of packaging-specific Radius with the existing Monarch Accounting system.
"We can tell that EFI's consulting services are really going to help us through the planning phase of the implementation process," says Diana Gannon, chief operating officer at Southeastern Printing. “It doesn't matter how good the software is if you don't get a good implementation."
Gannon continues: "What the industry and our clients are looking for is vendor-managed inventory. The inventory and distribution management capabilities of EFI Radius are key. Being able to enter forecasts, minimums, maximums, lead times, economic order quantities and those types of MRP features of the system are what we need most."
