Corona treater manufacturer Enercon Industries has acquired Ahlbrandt Systems UK for an undisclosed sum. The move will enable Enercon to offer a complete range of surface treating equipment across Europe, including atmospheric plasma, gas flame, covered roll corona, bare roll corona and universal corona discharge plus Dyne-A-mite 3D systems.
Ahlbrandt will now assume the Enercon name, while retaining the existing workforce and management at its existing location in Aylesbury. Eddie Grey has been appointed regional sales manager for surface treating products.
