Allan Willett, former chairman of Willett International Ltd, has backed the acquisition of Swiss labelling and label machinery company Ecoline.
The deal, which includes new funding, has launched an aggressive five year plan for national and international growth, a spokesman says.
Ecoline founder Frank Wenzinger remains as managing director of the company while Mike Fox, former technical director of Willett International and former managing director of Willett UK, has joined the company as chairman.
