Austrian paper manufacturer Mondi Neusiedler claims another world record on its 12-pocket cut-size line which, within 24 hours, converted and packed 614 t of A4 papers, beating the previous record of 600 t. The cut-size line - supplied by Körber PaperLink Group companies ECH Will and Pemco in 2004 - converted 30 reel sets of 80 g/m² copy paper in 24 hours. Due to the rather small order volumes, sometimes only one Euro pallet, the machine operators performed 21 order changes and 10 packaging material changes.
