Dusenbery Worldwide has completed the integration of its UK and US locations, including the purchase of all the intellectual properties and assets of the Bedford operation.
The New Jersey headquarters will now co-ordinate all spare parts and service for existing equipment previously manufactured in either the UK or the USA. Slitter rewinders formerly supplied by the UK operation will now "complement the New Jersey product line".
Continuing an engineering and service presence in the UK, says Dusenbery "assures customers that all existing relationships will be supported in a positive manner".
