Durst UK has moved to new offices in Derby that provide a state-of-the-art demonstration facility and a convenient location for product training and meeting customers.
Managing director Graham Evans says: "We have a purpose built demonstration suite where will be able to demonstrate both Durst 's photographic and inkjet product ranges. The move is part of Durst 's worldwide expansion, which has included doubling the size of the manufacturing facility in Lienz, Austria. Despite the fairly static world economy, Durst sales have continued to grow over the last three years and our product development side of the business has never been more active."
The company recently launched two flatbed inkjet printers, the Rho 600 and the Rhopac, a dedicated UV ink flatbed printer for the packaging industry. Both systems feature Durst's Quadro Array printhead technology, said to combine "the highest available output speed with the finest quality of print".
