DS Smith Plc Proposed Acquisition of Deku-Pack
DS Smith Plc, the leading provider of recycled corrugated packaging in Europe, is pleased to announce the proposed acquisition of Deku-Pack.
Deku-Pack is a specialist in Point of Sale and display products and services for in- store marketing, located in Denmark and employs c.80 people. The business is focussed on FMCG, retail and media markets and significantly builds on our capability within the Scandinavian markets.
The acquisition is subject to competition clearance, which we expect during calendar Q3 2016 with completion shortly thereafter.
