Drytac Europe Announces Enhanced Emerytex Textured Laminating Film

Drytac Europe has announced the immediate availability of its enhanced Emerytex laminating film which offers superior anti-slip qualities, scuff resistance, and protection from UV degradation for both indoor and outdoor graphics applications.

Emerytex is a 4 mil (100µ) embossed monomeric calendered PVC laminating film with a matte pebble textured finish. The improved Emerytex has an HSE R11 slip certification and now offers even better slip resistance for floor graphics.

As well as floor graphics applications, this versatile textured laminate film is ideal for tradeshow graphics, POP displays, mouse pads, counter mats, and all other signage applications where a scuff-resistant finish is required. Both the film and adhesive contain UV stabilisers which protect against UV degradation for up to three years outdoors.

Coated on one side with a pressure-sensitive, solvent acrylic adhesive that is protected by a smooth high quality white moisture stable release liner, Emerytex has a clearer matte finish which is perfect for darker coloured printed graphics - especially those incorporating true black.

Steve Broad, Drytac Europe's Sales Director, comments: "Emerytex is a high quality, versatile laminating film. Thanks to its superior anti-slip qualities, Drytac Emerytex can be used for lamninating floor graphics in a wide variety of environments. Additionally, with its UK Class 0 Fire Rating, it is perfect for applications in public areas that require compliance with strict fire regulations, such as airports, hotels and hospitals."

Drytac's entire range of films and adhesives is exclusively distributed throughout the UK by Antalis.
