Drytac Europe and Teneka-Folien

UK based adhesive coating and laminating film manufacturer Drytac Europe has acquired the assets of Teneka-Folien, in Germany, for an undisclosed sum. Teneka manufactures book covering films and other specialty self adhesive products. Former Managing Director Arne Petersen has joined Drytac as Sales Manager for the Tekeka brand.
