A typical result of this methodology is the DC-600 slitter. It has a shaftless unwind, a 1,600 mm web width, digital knife setting and a slitting width tolerance of within 0.5 mm. The specification also includes traverse trim spool winding, laser core alignment and differential rewinding. The machine will handle rewind cores of 76, 152 and 254 mm, with rewind diameter of 600 mm.
