Doctor blade longevity

Miller Graphics is now offering a ceramic coated doctor blade said to give a substantially longer life, as well as enhancing the quality of the doctoring process. The company says it has been extensively tested in press environments and has given very satisfactory results, without noticeable deterioration of the Anilox roll.

Miller's Millblade range now has blades ranging from plastics UHMW for corrugated printing to ceramic coated steel blades for longer life, when printing high quality tonal print.
