Digital colour for labels

VIPColor Technologies' GRE Digital Converter system provides four colour inkjet printing and converting of self adhesive labels. The start-up system comprises the VP2020 four colour process print head, laminating capability, Digicut die cutting module, matrix and reel rewinding. It provides full colour label output including sequential numbering and bar coding at speeds of up to 6,300 labels/hour with web width of 15.4cm.

Options available include: sheeting, foil stamping, UV coater and curing, hologram insertion, rotary die cutting with fixed solid or flexible magnetic dies. Also available is an electronic colour management service allowing users to generate new colour profiles to match special colours.
