Constructed out of carbon fibre, NimCor flexo print cylinders are said to reduce bounce between the print cylinder and impression drum, allowing for faster running speeds.
The lightweight, precision balanced cylinders are engineered to specific print application: by varying the fibre types, resins and winding techniques, NimCor can customise the tube strength and stiffness. They are also said to offer a more ergonomic alternative to steel or other metal print cylinders.
