US converting machinery group MarquipWardUnited and Italian manufacturer Officine Curioni are to merge their global operations, creating ‘a new leader in corrugating machinery’ with annual revenues of more than $250 million.
Curioni has been provider of finishing machinery for corrugated board boxes for more than 85 years. Its facility near Milan will become the European headquarters for MarquipWardUnited, which has manufacturing operations in Hungary and the UK and sales and service offices in Germany, Spain and Ireland.
