Cape Town-based CTP flexibles has begun the New Year with the installation of three 1,350mm wide Titan ER610 compact slitter rewinders.
“With the new slitters we will have ample capacity to cope with both current demand and also future expansion of our business,” comments Gary Seale, MD of the South African company. “We had already installed one 1,650mm and one 1,350mm wide ER610 during 2010, which gave us every confidence to invest again with Titan.”
CTP manufactures specialised plastics extrusions and flexible packaging for the food, beverage, confectionery, industrial and general merchandise industries.
Atlas Converting Equipment has now sold more than 100 of the Titan machines worldwide.
